Scheduled: Wednesday 4 November 2026, 3:00 am to 5:00 am AEST We're upgrading our SIP edge proxies on Wednesday 4 November 2026, starting at 3:00 am AEST. The maintenance window is up to 2 hours. This is a rolling update, applied to one edge proxy at a time. Customers connected in high availability mode, using both of our signalling addresses (34.87.239.197 and 34.87.254.143) with failover between them, should see no impact. What to expect during the window: - One edge proxy at a time will return 503 Service Unavailable for about 1 minute. - That proxy will then go offline for several minutes while the update is applied, and then come back online. - The same steps will then repeat for each remaining edge proxy. If your system sends calls to only one of our signalling addresses, calls through that address may fail while its proxy is being updated. To avoid this, make sure your system can fail over to the other address.
